CRU (pronounced crew) stands for Creating Real Unity. We believe one of the first steps to helping lead our young people to passionately follow Jesus is to help them connect. We want to see each student experience a sense of belonging by connecting with a group of students (5 to 12) and a leader(s). Each student joins a CRU during surge or impact.
At surge, these leaders will lead break-out discussions after a brief message. At impact, these leaders will lead discussions in between small segments of the message. Our hope is to see students experience fun and real community, learn God’s word, pray and serve together. CRU leaders will also connect with students outside of Sundays to hang-out, go deeper in spiritual conversations or serve.
